With more than 40 years of international real estate experience, Theresa Prinsloo is known for her integrity, sharp instincts, and unrelenting commitment to her clients. Originally from Zimbabwe and then South Africa, she began her property career in auctioneering and valuation - gaining a technical, grounded understanding of how real estate builds value over time. Her passion for the industry led her to become a full-time Realtor, eventually joining RE/MAX in the Blouberg area of Cape Town, where she spent over a decade building a loyal client base and developing a reputation for service and results. Theresa’s impressive track record includes multiple top-tier honors within the RE/MAX organization: the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Diamond Club, Lifetime Achievement Award, and two-time Chairman’s Club recipient (2013, 2022).
